Peter graduated from the University of St Andrews with 1st class honours degree in Chemistry. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in Dublin where he worked for 6 years. In his later years at KPMG he worked in the Transaction Support team, undertaking due diligence on M&A transactions.
Peter has worked across a number of sectors including financial services, agri-food and healthcare.

Peter is a keen golfer who represented Ireland and Ulster at U16 and U18 level and Ulster at senior level. He is a member of Royal Portrush and Malone golf clubs.
